Corporate Legal Counsel

Job Description

Location: Langen or Frankfurt or Augsburg or Berlin

Employment Type: Permanent Contract

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days per week

Main Tasks

● Drafting and negotiating contract agreements with customers, suppliers, and other business partners while meeting time-critical deadlines.

● Advising the company on general economic, IT, and labor law matters.

● Reviewing and managing templates, agreements, and terms and conditions.

● Ensuring the minimization of commercial risks and, if necessary, handling disputes.

Requirements

● Lawyer with a degree from a recognized law faculty, licensed to practice law in Germany

● Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (able to draft and negotiate contracts)

● Experience in an in-house legal department would be ideal, but is not strictly required.

● Self-motivated personality with a willingness to succeed and learn.

● Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

● Excellent skills in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

● Competent in dealing with clients and suppliers, able to take a leading role in contract negotiations.

● Confident in advising the company on legal matters.

● Experience in advising on labor law issues.
