Your mission

As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy Services to our end customers in every market we operate in and offer ⚡️ #NewEnergy to our customers.

In your role you will:

• Accelerate the energy transition: You will be at the forefront of the energy transition and play an important role in pioneering services for international markets
• Drive key initiatives for 1KOMMA5°: You will play a pivotal role in scaling our key products (e.g. dynamic electricity tariff “Dynamic Pulse” & “Heartbeat AI”) in Germany as well as our international markets
• Optimize and automate processes: Interact with various stakeholders to tackle pressing issues and re-think existing process structures
• Master communication: Master the art of product communication both to internal and external stakeholders – including the end customer

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• You have completed your studies and/or are in a gap year between your Bachelor’s and Master’s and have at least 6 months of availability
• You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation who is looking to drive change
• Relevant experience in fast-paced environments with insights into either Product/Project Management, Tech, Process Optimization or other closely related areas is a plus
• Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market is a plus but we are happy to get you up to speed - it’s the motivation that counts!
• You have excellent language skills in both English and German (C1 / C2) and excel at communicating with various internal/external stakeholders
• You are detail oriented and have no trouble overseeing multiple projects while managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations
• You are a problem solver who can easily adapt to changing environments
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborative environments and is always looking to leverage the group’s potential
• You have proficient skills in the digital landscape and are used to working in the Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office Suite) and feel comfortable in adapting to new software tools - previous CRM experience is a plus
