Finance Coordinator (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Verify and record daily sales, collections, and accounting transactions.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical accounting books and documentation.
• Prepare and submit internal financial reports to the Head Office.
• Manage tax declarations, payments, and ensure compliance with local fiscal regulations.
• Process supplier invoices, branch expenses, and commission payments.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile results.
• Maintain and update inventory and fixed asset registers.
• Support fiscal, corporate, and audit filings as required.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Finance team to ensure policy alignment and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in branch or regional coordination roles).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.​
