Product Manager - Casino Platform

The Role

Our product is at the heart of everything we do – from the core casino platform to our original house games. As Product Manager, you’ll make sure everything keeps evolving in the right direction. You’ll connect the dots between user experience, strategic growth, and tech development while also driving the evolution of our house games: improving existing titles with unique features, launching new games, and exploring modern formats such as Player-vs-Player to push our portfolio forward.

In this role, you’ll shape both the overall casino experience and the games that define our brand - always with one goal in mind: delivering the best possible journey for our players.

Your Mission

• Build and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap for the casino platform and original game development aligned with company goals

• Translate user needs and business requirements into well-defined product features across platform and games

• Improve existing house games by adding unique features and refinements based on player needs

• Drive the creation of new games - from concept to launch

• Define and validate game mathematics, including probability calculations for RTP

• Ensure fast gameplay, engaging animations, and immersive sound effects

• Cover the entire user journey, making sure even edge cases are addressed

• Monitor performance and iterate based on data-driven insights

• Run user surveys to deeply understand player needs

• Ensure a smooth product development process and prioritize effectively

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life

• Communicate roadmap, decisions, priorities, and progress clearly across the company

About You

What You Bring

• Motivation to work hard and take responsibility

• Ability to prioritize effectively and stay on top of things

• A self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership

• Passion and curiosity for digital products – a true tech nerd at heart

• Interest in iGaming, game mechanics, player engagement, and AI

• A strong eye for user experience, animations, sound design, and product details

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in English (German is a plus, not a must)

• Affinity for KPIs and data-driven thinking

• Experience in Product or Project Management

• Even better: a background in iGaming, game development, or SaaS
