Product Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission

• Align product development to business goals 
• Identify and achieve success metrics 
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization 
• Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams 
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market 
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues 
• Propose product strategy changes as a result of competitive changes in the marketplace 
• Conduct user interviews, incl. workshops, ideation sessions, round tables, etc.

Your profile

• Experience managing a B2B SaaS product within FinTech/PropTech/ Financial services space, ideally 
• Demonstrable experience in defining, building, and launching high-quality customer-facing products 
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle 
• Focuses on customer needs and leverages quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and drive decisions 
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management 
• Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology 
• You're fluent in German and English
