What we’re building

Our focus is on creating simple and intuitive experiences through modern UX/UI, automation, and AI-powered assistance , combined with support from our tax coaches.

As a Senior Marketing Engineer , you will play a key role in helping us scale our acquisition through improvements on the website and in the acquisition funnel. You will be the main contributor to launch new growth experiments with high potential growth impact. We will teach and coach you to take on projects within the product.

Tasks

As a Senior Full Stack Marketing engineer you work closely with the marketing team on growth experiments (30%) & improving the website (70%):

• Manage and extend the WordPress-based marketing website
• Mentor our internal Junior Frontend Engineer
• Maintain a scalable, high-performance website
• Build impactful experiments on the user onboarding flow from the website into the web app
• Implement A/B testing frameworks
• Optimise the tracking infrastructure & conversion event management
• Implement and maintain integrations with tools such as: GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Meta ads SDK

Requirements

Full-Stack Development: 3+ years experience

WordPress Expertise: Senior in WordPress Dev (WPML, PHP, ACF, custom theme), Tailwind and Javascript

Tech Stack: Junior in Front-end and Backend Engineering. Comfortable with React, NodeJS, MongoDB - Typescript

Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

Marketing / Growth Tools: Hands-on experience integrating analytics and marketing platforms

Web Performance & SEO: Understanding of page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO

Additional Tech stack: React-Native
