Now we are looking for an exceptional (Senior) Enterprise Sales Manager to help us define and build the next generation of AI-powered logistics systems
What You'll Do
You will own the full sales cycle with enterprise freight forwarders, from first conversation to signed contract. This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape how Zauber sells into one of the world's largest industries. The deals you close in these early stages directly shape the company's trajectory and growth.
• Own the entire enterprise and top mid-market sales process with global freight forwarders (€0.5-30bn revenue, C-level buyers), converting active pilots into multi-year contracts
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers at globally leading forwarders and regional champions
• Work directly with the Commercial Lead and Founder to refine messaging, positioning, and commercial terms
• Develop and iterate repeatable sales playbooks as we scale from founder-led to team-led Sales
• Drive pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal structure while partnering with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities
• Share, synthesize and discuss customer insights and feedbacks with Zauber team
You Might Be a Fit If You...
• Have at least 3-7 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling technology and/or software products into traditional industries
• Know how to navigate enterprise organizations with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Are comfortable operating in ambiguity, constant change and building the playbook while executing it
• Thrive in founder-led environments and can switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Enjoy fast-paced, excellence, and driven environments
What You Bring
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent companies
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, or automation products into operations-heavy or legacy industries
• Ability to run discovery processes, build business cases, and quantify ROI in complex operational environments
• Ability to build strong personal relationships and trust among various stakeholders and groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German (additional European languages a plus)
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to Asia/North America
Location & Logistics
• In-person at least a few days a week in our Berlin and/or Hamburg office
• Annual offsite (last year we took the team for 4 weeks to San Francisco)
• Start: As soon as possible
