b2venture's Direct Investments Team is looking for a Visiting Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team as an Intern as of March 2026 for 4-6 months.

The b2venture Direct Investments Team works closely with our vibrant angel community of 300+ (ex-)entrepreneurs and industry experts , who not only invest through us, but also support the b2venture team to source, select, win, and support excellent companies. One of the major responsibilities of the team is to secure funding for investment opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis from our network.

Tasks

The role combines the privilege of working with leading angel investors and the attractions of VC investing:

• Collaborate with b2venture's fund teams and the angel community to screen and analyze new and promising investments (with a focus on sector-agnostic growth investments)
• Support in managing investment processes for new and follow-on transactions, ranging from due diligence activities, investor onboardings, and investment presentations
• Conduct industry research and develop new investment hypotheses
• Work on initiatives to further strengthen our angel community e.g.
  through new event formats or development of content

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written German and English
• You have completed the fourth semester of your studies in business, economics, computer science, or have a technical background and achieved outstanding academic results
• You gained operating experience in a startup, banking (wealth management), consulting, or investment firm
• You are passionate about entrepreneurship and have a solid understanding of digital and or scalable hardware business models
• You combine social with analytical excellence, with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• You are a team player with superb social skills and capable to work independently
• The usual software skills you need to survive in the startup world

Process:
