(Senior) Product Manager (Logistics, Customer)
We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Product Manager to join our Logistics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. The Customer Product Line owns the customer-facing part of the logistics scope and works alongside Delivery Hero brands to shape customers' order experience. We build the products that determine which vendors customers can order from and under which conditions, how our services are priced, how delivery times are estimated, and how orders are tracked end to end. Our ambition is to turn complex logistics decisions into a delightful and reliable order experience, while enabling local teams to run efficient operations so customers order on repeat.
For the first year, your focus will be in the pricing domain, covering for a maternity leave: You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of how we calculate the delivery fee and other prices for millions of customers across our 70 markets. You will support them in achieving ambitious growth & profitability targets, while navigating distinct market dynamics such as legal frameworks or pricing principles. Empowering pricing managers globally through smart automations and our large-scale pricing experimentation platform is also part of the mission.
Lead the product: You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements. You will be responsible for driving both quarterly and long-term OKRs.
Drive innovation and automation: You will champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data-driven decision-making and impactful results.
Leverage data: You will analyse data to identify opportunities, collaborate with your stakeholders to validate hypotheses through experimentation, and continuously improve our pricing strategies.
Collaborate & communicate effectively: You will partner closely with analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features. Alignment with stakeholders at various levels across our global brands will be key.
Become the subject-matter expert: You will be the go-to expert for all things dynamic pricing, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in this critical domain.
Widespread impact: After one year in pricing, you will have the chance to dive into other areas of our product line and gain exposure to topics such as delivery times and vendor availability.
In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
Qualifications4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data-driven products at large scale & achieving tangible results
Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions.
Previously owned product strategy, roadmap and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders
Proven ability to work across multiple teams within a complex organization, driving alignment and collaboration toward shared objectives
You possess a strong sense of ownership, and you excel at identifying meaningful patterns and transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans
Exceptional communication skills; be able to properly communicate at tactical, strategic and vision levels
Nice to have
Experience in addressing pricing and demand steering challenges.
Exposure to the last-mile delivery industry.
Experience in building and managing internal tools.
Proficiency in SQL.
