Aufgaben

What You'll Be Doing

We're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join us and play a key role in fueling our talent pipeline!

As a Talent Acquisition Associate you'll be on the front lines of our recruiting efforts. Your mission? Find and engage amazing talent across Germany to join top-tier SaaS Sales teams.

Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

• Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads
• Generate qualified meetings for our Talent Advisors
• Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles
• Use data, AI and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies

Qualifikation

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

• Ability to work independently and in a structured way (remote/async-ready)
• High self-motivation and resilience
• Comfort with or curiosity about AI tools in a recruiting context
• Data-driven mindset - tracks own performance, open to feedback
• English Level B2/C1 (for our internal communication, all-hands, ...)
• First experience in recruiting, HR, or sales

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of Sales roles (SDR, AE, CSM)
• Affinity for the Tech / SaaS environment
