Platform Producer - Instant Games (Casual Portfolio) - Fully Remote

Position:

SOFTGAMES , a pioneer in instant gaming, is looking for a Platform Producer – Instant Games (Casual Portfolio) to grow one of the world’s leading instant gaming channels. You’ll drive player engagement, monetization, and platform performance across a growing portfolio of 550+ HTML5 games.

We’re seeking a product-driven Platform Producer who thrives on data, experimentation, and creative problem-solving to scale and evolve our casual games on a major instant gaming platform.

Your Role:

This position bridges two worlds: our Casual Games and the Samsung Platform .

• Take full ownership of a large portfolio of instant games and the partner platform they run on, driving both product and channel performance.
• Dive deep into player, game, and platform data to identify levers for engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Design, test, and iterate on platform-specific features and integrations such as IAA, IAPs, events, leaderboards, notifications, and A/B tests to maximize player lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with the platform partner, aligning product updates, feature rollouts, and promotional opportunities to strengthen performance and visibility.
• Work with developers, QA, and engineers to deliver high-impact improvements and scalable systems.
• Partner with internal business teams to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and platform expansion.
• Define your own roadmap and KPIs, aligning experiments with both platform strategy and company goals.

Your Profile:

• Communication: You align teams around clear goals, ensuring decisions are transparent and progress is tied to tangible outcomes.

• Experimentation Mindset: You design and evaluate A/B tests, leveraging platform data to inform feature development and cross-platform learnings.

The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution. You understand both the creative and technical sides of instant gaming and know how to translate insights into measurable results.

Your Background:

• 3–5 years of experience in Game Production, Product Management, or similar roles within casual, instant, or F2P gaming.
• Proven track record of improving KPIs (retention, ARPDAU, engagement) through live ops or product changes.
• Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, in-game monetization (IAAs & IAPs), and data-informed decision-making.
• Confident understanding of technical systems and platform APIs to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L accountability, comfort working autonomously, and experience setting OKRs.
• Passionate about games and motivated by measurable impact on business and player outcomes.
