Role Overview

This is a highly visible Talent Acquisition role supporting the continued growth of the German business while partnering closely with stakeholders across Europe and global headquarters.

The successful candidate will act as the primary Talent Acquisition Partner for Germany, taking ownership of hiring activities across multiple business functions and supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.

This position provides a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth, build strategic talent pipelines, and play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly expanding internationa l business.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• DeliveryLead end-to-end recruitment processes across Germany
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent requirements
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, interview processes, and offer negotiations
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Direct Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Drive proactive talent identification through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Identify and engage high-caliber talent across multiple functions

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders across Germany and Europe
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership and HR teams at global headquarters
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to the business

Recruitment Excellence

• Track and manage recruitment metrics and hiring progress
• Support process improvements and recruitment best practices
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where appropriate

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Consulting
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proven success in direct sourcing and active candidate engagement
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• In-house Talent Acquisition
• Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search
• Technology, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial hiring environments
• International and cross-cultural organizations
