We founded Holvi in 2011, in Helsinki. As self-employed people wading through oceans of paperwork, we noticed something funny going on – traditional banks were giving us the cold shoulder. Why not help ourselves? We asked. And so, with time and effort (and lots of coffee), we mastered small business finance – and Holvi was born.

Right now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Berlin. If you want to help small businesses thrive, then read on.

What you'll do

We’re looking for a senior product marketer who deeply understands the German small business landscape and can help us grow adoption and usage of our products through clear positioning, strong lifecycle messaging and effective go-to-market execution.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, CRM, Content, Acquisition and Sales to ensure that what we build is clearly explained, easy to adopt and well positioned in-market.

A typical day could see you:

• Creating positioning, naming and messaging for products, features and initiatives in the German market

• Planning and coordinating go-to-market activities for launches

• Owning product marketing initiatives focused on activation, adoption and retention

• Analysing data and turning learnings into actionable insights

• Feeding structured insights back into product and growth prioritisation

This is for you if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role

• Are fluent in German and English, written and spoken

• Have worked in fintech, banking or financial services, ideally in a B2B / SME context

• Have strong experience with go-to-market, messaging and lifecycle work

• Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM and Data

• Are structured, outcome-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

It's a plus if you:

• Have experience working in a fast-paced growth company or scale-up

• Are comfortable using tools such as Jira, HubSpot, Figma, Looker or CMS systems

• This is a fixed-term position (until end of August 2027) to cover a maternity leave within our Product Marketing Team where you’ll report to our Product Marketing & Communications Lead and work closely with stakeholders across Product and Marketing.

• You’ll be headquartered in our sleek office in Berlin, Kreuzberg
