PAIR Finance manages a rapidly growing portfolio of receivables across Europe. As our Portfolio & Risk Analyst (f/m/d), you will directly influence pricing decisions, uncover performance trends, and help us invest smarter - with real visibility into the P&L impact of your work.

What you can do with us:

• Build and refine pricing models for receivables portfolios and collaborate with Sales and Partnership teams to shape acquisition decisions
• Acquiring underlying assets in collaboration with external partners
• Analyse portfolio performance using cohort, vintage, and cash-flow analyses to identify optimization levers and recommend actions
• Design and automate reporting workflows and data pipelines that scale with our rapidly growing portfolio
• Close collaboration with other teams such as Partnership, Data Science, BI and senior management to improve purchase decisions and processes

What you should bring for it:

Required:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or similar
• 3+ years in portfolio management, credit risk, or investment analytics
• Strong Excel and SQL skills
• Experience with performance and risk analysis (e.g., cohort analysis, backtesting, DCF)
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Python or R for modelling/automation
• Experience with NPL or receivables portfolios
• German language skills
