Influencer Specialist (m/f/d/)

WHAT YOU’LL DO ​
You build a fashion-forward local community through on-brand influencer and ambassador partnerships, working closely with the Brand PR Manager, Influencer Lead, showroom teams, and paid media to maximize synergies across earned and paid relationships. You enhance customer value, brand strength, and fashion perception by balancing product focus with storytelling, while planning, executing, and following up on paid and organic influencer activities. With an omni-channel, customer-first mindset, you stay at the forefront by tracking trends and insights in your field and aligning all work to cross-functional goals.

You will:

• Execute the regional influencer strategy with the Influencer Lead and Brand PR Manager, ensuring alignment with brand, customer, and market insights.
• Drive influencer activations across sales markets with a focus on Germany, from planning and implementation to analysis of both paid and earned activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and opinion leaders to maximize earned placements and brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the Influencer Lead, Fashion PR Leads, Showroom teams, and Paid Media teams to secure synergies between paid and earned partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, manage influencer data and mapping, and provide insights to regional and global teams.
• Monitor results, calculate ROI, and share learnings to ensure effective investments and impactful execution.
• Stay ahead of trends to identify fresh influencer opportunities and contribute to cross-functional collaboration within the Customer Activation team.
• Brief influencers on campaign objectives, creative guidelines, and brand tone. Coordinate content creation, ensuring influencer output reflects the brand’s look, values, and storytelling.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH ​

The Communications & PR function drives brand presence and customer engagement through integrated storytelling and showroom experiences. By building strong relationships with media, influencers, and fashion insiders, we deliver a seamless brand message.

As part of the team, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners—including the Influencer Lead, Fashion PR leads and showroom and PR coordinators to execute local strategies and ensure a consistent brand experience.

WHO YOU ARE ​

We are looking for people with…

• A formal education in Communication and/or Marketing, or 3+ years’ experience in relevant roles.
• A strategic and analytical mindset with strong planning, prioritization, and digital media knowledge.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, or media, including sourcing, mapping, contracting, and agency collaboration.
• Understanding of synergies between owned, paid, and earned media, with knowledge of media effectiveness and ROI measurement.
• A strong fashion background, passion for trends, and ability to build cases showing business impact.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally influencer analytic tools.

This is a full-time position, starting  as soon as possible . The role is a hybrid role, based in  Berlin or Hamburg with the expectation of working in one of our offices for at least three days per week.
