Sales & Ops - Working student - AI native

HealthCaters is a 360° preventive health screening service for businesses, helping them identify and manage employee health risks and build an efficient corporate health strategy.

This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in sales and relationship building within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. We’re seeking someone who's living AI-first, with a passion for health, a knack for sales, and an enthusiasm for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Tasks

What you’ll contribute

• Build AI agents across teams
• Support our sales team in daily operations, campaign creation, and strategic outreach to drive growth
• Support our ops team with organising and managing health events for our partners
• Create targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven experimentation to refine our approach
• Continuously scout and propose new opportunities for expansion and innovation within our market
• Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and integrate sales data correctly into our internal knowledge management
• Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather insights

Requirements

Your skills & profile:

• You are using AI for your own purposes in your daily life
• You have a hands-on sales/bisdev experience in a fast-growing startup or a small company
• You are an extremely good communcator
• You are passionate and like learning new skills
• You are comfortable working in dynamically changing conditions with a high degree of autonomy
• You have a sincere affection for working with people, and you don’t get exhausted being the person of contact for many
• You are a risk-taker, and entrepreneur at heart - you are willing to experiment, work fast, and deliver results in the realms of high uncertainty
• You speak fluent German & English
