Working Student Finance (m/f/x) - Berlin

Your Impact

To support our continued growth we are looking for a Working Student Finance (m/f/x) to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support our daily finance operations and help make sure our financial processes run smoothly and accurately. From day one, you will work with real financial data and gain practical experience in accounting, reporting and process improvement.

Your Mission

• You support our Accounts Payable processes, by reconciling expenses, preparing documentation and helping with DATEV exports

• You assist with the monthly and yearly closing process and help improve and automate recurring workflow

• You support financial analysis tasks, such as plan vs. actual comparisons and cost center tracking, creating transparency for better decision-making

• You assist with ad hoc financial analyses and reporting, including tasks related to investor reporting

• You work with financial data in Excel and Google Sheets and help maintain consistency, clarity and usability across datasets

• You support automation and process improvement topics and support with broader Finance Team projects

Your Talent

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field with a strong interest in practical finance work

• You have a very good understanding of finance or accounting concepts and want to apply this knowledge in a hands-on environment

• You combine a high level of attention to detail with a structured and reliable way of working, ensuring accuracy in financial data while maintaining a clear overview of your tasks and responsibilities

• You bring a proactive mindset, learn quickly and feel comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

• You have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with others

• You are confident using Excel (advanced level) and show a clear affinity for data and analytical tasks

• You speak English at a professional level (C1+) and German at least at B1 level

• Nice to have: Prior experience with DATEV, Finway and Google Suite as well as with process automation
