B2B Sales Manager Europe (f/m/d) - Media & Sports

We are looking for a driven and open-minded sales manager with strong communication skills to join our international sales team and support our business growth in Europe.

We embrace an office-first culture and are looking for someone to join us in our office in the heart of Berlin at the earliest opportunity.

Tasks

• Expand IMAGO’s footprint in Europe by establishing new customer relations within the Sports and Media industry, e.g. with (Online) News Businesses, Broadcasting, Production Companies, PR Agencies and Brands
• Drive new business generation through a strong focus on hunting, cold calling, self-prospecting and proactive outreach to new customers, supported by research from our sales operations team.
• Capture prospect and customer feedback to continuously improve IMAGO’s solutions and tailor our offerings to market needs.
• Establish a profound network in the market by attending industry events and meetups
• Work closely with our Content (Photographer Partner), Marketing and Product Development Team to improve IMAGO’s offering continuously to better serve our customer needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales (2+ years)
• Interest in media, licensing and/or sports industries – prior experience is a plus
• High degree of self-organization, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn
• Confident and experienced in cold calling, with a strong drive for proactive new business acquisition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
• Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., Greek, Portuguese, Dutch or Danish) is a plus
