Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student

About the Role

This is a hands-on internship or working student role at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building AI-native procurement software for industrial manufacturers. You will work directly with the CEO, owning high-volume outbound outreach and helping shape the enterprise sales playbook from the ground up. It is a rare opportunity to learn enterprise sales from first principles while contributing to real pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

• Run outbound outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise conversations.

• Research target accounts and identify the right contacts and trigger events for timely, personalized outreach.

• Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages aimed at procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers.

• Manage and execute multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize reply and conversion rates.

• Track open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics, and run A/B tests to improve performance weekly.

• Enrich and maintain clean, actionable target account data in the CRM.

• Prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers.

• Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the company's go-to-market playbook.

• Join strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations for full business context.

• Support ad-hoc tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, and investor deck updates.

What We're Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field.

• Professional written fluency in both German and English, with the ability to write sharp outreach and polished business communications.

• Proven ability to research target accounts, personalize email or LinkedIn outreach, and manage follow-up sequences.

• Comfortable owning high-volume outbound sales work as a core daily responsibility.

• Highly organized and reliable, able to execute repetitive work independently to a high standard.

• Evidence of entrepreneurial initiative, such as a side project, startup, student club, or similar.

• Experience maintaining CRM data and using outreach metrics or A/B tests to improve conversion.

• Genuine curiosity about B2B enterprise sales, procurement workflows, or AI software.

• Based in Berlin and available to work from the office, with hybrid flexibility.

Location

Based in Berlin, Germany . Primarily on-site at the Berlin office, with hybrid work possible. Visa sponsorship is not available.
