What does a freelance copywriter do at notus?

As a Freelance Copywriter, you'll work closely with our content strategists to turn expert insights into compelling LinkedIn content.

We see this role as a mix of:

• Writer
• Storyteller
• Clear communicator

Here’s how our process works:

Each client project starts with a setup phase, where the content strategist defines the content strategy, optimizes the LinkedIn profile, and sets the media plan.

Once that’s done, we move into the ongoing content engine.

That’s where you come in.

You’ll take transcripts and outlines from client calls and turn them into high-quality posts that:

• reflect the client’s voice
• highlight their expertise
• speak to their target audience
• support their business goals

You’ll collaborate with strategists, follow our editorial process, and deliver clean, on-point drafts on time.

You won’t be left figuring things out on your own.

We’ll provide:

• clear writing frameworks and voice guides
• context and feedback from experienced strategists
• best practices from over 100 personal branding projects

If you write with clarity, care about tone, and know how to craft a good LinkedIn post—this role’s for you.

Requirements

You’ll make a great fit at notus if:

Additional details:

• We hire for freelance positions on a project base from 10h a week upwards.
• Compensation: starting at 15-20€ an hour depending on expertise
• The position is 100% remote.
• We’re looking for immediate starting dates (this will be a recurring opening every few months with adjusted starting dates.)
