We are recruiting a Venture Development Intern on behalf of a high-growth, venture-backed scale-up in the DACH region. This role is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to learn how to build and scale a business from the ground up. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

Tasks

The Role

As a Venture Development Intern, you will support the management team in launching new business units, optimizing operational processes, and executing strategic initiatives. You will act as an internal consultant and "builder," tackling challenges across sales, operations, and product.

Key Responsibilities

Business Building: Assist in the conceptualization and launch of new products or market expansion strategies.

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Go-To-Market Support: Support the sales and marketing teams in identifying new lead sources and refining outreach strategies.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct market research and internal data analysis to provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

Academic Background: Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a STEM field with an interest in business.

• Experience: Initial experience through internships in startups, consulting, investment banking, or other fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
• Language: Professional fluency in German (B2/C1+) and English is required.
• Work Authorization: Must have a valid legal permit to work in Germany for the duration of the internship.
• Skills: Proactive "hands-on" mentality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
