Content Marketing Manager (B2B Fintech) - (m/f/d)
Your Role
We speak open finance. We need someone who can help us translate it.
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own our content function end-to-end; strategy, execution, and performance. You'll turn complex open finance products into content that resonates across the full funnel; industry authority, sales enablement, product storytelling, social, and customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and direct impact on pipeline, brand, and customer success. What you’ll own- Content strategy, editorial calendar, and production workflow; keeping everything aligned to business goals
- Product content for launches, feature releases, and updates, ensuring complex functionality lands clearly with the right audiences
- Industry presence and social media. From high-quality reports and insight-led commentary that positions us as the go-to voice in open finance, to a LinkedIn presence that cuts through the noise
- Sales enablement materials - case studies, one-pagers, and decks -that give our sales team what they need to close
- Lead nurturing, conversion journeys, and lifecycle content that moves prospects through the funnel and keeps customers successful long after they sign
- Cross-functional messaging alignment with Product, Sales, SDRs, CS, and Account Management and performance tracking to continuously sharpen what's working
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a content marketing role and previous experience in B2B, i deally in fintech, banking, payments, or similar
- Native or near-native English proficiency, German proficiency is a big plus
- A proven ability to translate complex technical or financial products into clear, engaging content
- Strong storytelling and editorial instincts, with sharp attention to detail
- Experience creating research-based, insight-led content that delivers real audience value
- Solid project management skills; y ou can run multiple initiatives without dropping the ball
- Familiarity with SEO, a collaborative mindset, and comfort with modern tools: CMS platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows
