Paid Social Manager (m/f/x)

You know how to put money to work on Meta and TikTok so it actually delivers real results, not just pretty dashboards. You think in audiences, test creatives, read data and optimize until the ROAS makes sense. That's exactly what we're looking for.

Pulse Advertising is an international social media marketing agency with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, London and Milan. We connect brands with creators who truly move people, and turn that into measurable performance through data-driven paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Instagram and beyond.

Aufgaben

• You plan, set up and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Instagram, from initial concept through to ongoing performance optimization
• You analyze campaign data, spot optimization potential and turn it into concrete recommendations
• You create reports that actually help clients move forward, clear, easy to understand and aligned with their business goals
• You work closely with the influencer and creative team to make sure paid and organic work together seamlessly
• You actively contribute to pitches and client presentations and consult on paid social strategies

Qualifikation

• You have at least 2 years of experience in paid social, ideally from an agency or high growth environment
• You know Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager inside out and understand how to think campaigns across the full funnel
• You have a strong instinct for creatives and know which formats and hooks work on which platform
• You bring experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads, that's a real plus
• You communicate fluently in German and English, additional languages are welcome
