PMO / Product Portfolio Management Lead
YOUR MISSION
Provide governance and operational support to product teams, ensuring structured delivery and alignment
Collect, analyze, and consolidate product and delivery data into meaningful insights and reporting
Prepare and manage status reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
Track resource allocation, budgets, and financial performance across product teams
Support risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure smooth delivery
Facilitate status meetings, planning sessions, and roadmap workshops
Contribute to improving governance frameworks, templates, and product management processes
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Experience in PMO, Project Management, or Product Governance roles within complex environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with Agile teams and product-based organizations
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence ; ServiceNow is a plus
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
Fluent English; German is a plus
