Your job’s key responsibilities are:

Developing a clear product vision and strategy based on user and market needs, and translating this into concrete roadmaps and prioritized backlogs for the development teams

Successfully managing agile projects from conception to go-live – with a focus on transparent communication, efficient resource management, and adherence to quality, scope, and budget

Providing strategic advice to customers on an equal footing, understanding their business goals, and jointly developing digital solutions with measurable added value

Inspiring and empowering interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Early detection and management of technical risks and project challenges, as well as proactive development of strategies to ensure software quality and a smooth product launch

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills:

+3 years of professional experience in IT project management or as a product owner

Experience in using agile project management methods

Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)

Strong communication skills and initiative

Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)

Beneficial Skills:

Completed studies in the field of software or business (TU, FH or similar)

Technical understanding of e-commerce platforms or content management systems
