Working Student Legal (all genders)

As a Working Student Legal you will support our General Counsel Office with day-to-day legal activities. You’ll gain practical experience in legal operations within an international company and have the opportunity to contribute to legal compliance and solving legal disputes. This role is ideal for students seeking to combine academic knowledge with hands-on application in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• You will provide support in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in English and German, covering various areas of law.
• You will assist with handling legal issues and legal research in various areas of law, e.g. civil law, labour law, trade and corporate law, M&A. data protection law, as well as compliance.
• You will communicate with external parties, including law firms, courts and business partners.
• You will support the introduction and maintenance of various legal overviews and data processing registers.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of German Law
• You will also be enrolled for at least six months from now on.
• It would be advantageous, if you had prior relevant experience as a working student in an international company or law firm.
• Knowledge of German trade law, corporate law, labour law and/or data protection law are advantageous, but not a must have.
• You have good MS Office skills.
• You are fluent in business and legal English and German.
