Now is your chance to join an international team of experts driving growth and quality at Wolt! The Global Delivery Operations Supply team is building the future of courier operations at Wolt. Currently operating at 30+ markets and as part of Doordarsh you have the opportunity to solve tough challenges at scale. We are looking for an ambitious data-first person to improve our operations planning process and tooling. Working together with our Product, Analytics, and Region Operations to find the best possible solutions. In this role you are responsible for supporting our Operations teams in meeting the set KPIs on customer and courier experience through developing our planning process, developing our OKRs and target setting process, and offering project based support on supply topics on need basis.

This is not an easy role, and requires a versatile skill set to succeed. This role includes frequent collaboration and alignment with Global Operations, Region operations, Acquisition teams, Courier Marketing, Procurement, Product, and Analytics on top of great analytical skills. A great candidate does not settle with running numbers, but is ready to roll up their sleeves and look for opportunities beyond the obvious.

What you'll be doing

Accountable for meeting our target KPIs on optimal supply-demand balance to drive growth and delivery quality.

• Providing our planning team with the operating model and tooling they need to succeed. Including e.g. developing our forecast models, tooling, and weekly plan performance tracking. Driving tangible change with proven impact e.g. through experimentation.
• Further developing the target setting framework for supply and quality metrics at Wolt. Setting and enforcing set targets and OKRs. Participating in regular supply related Finance planning and budgeting rounds.
• Monitor & course-correct: Supporting Global and Region operations on needed ad-hoc strategy & operations projects. For example targeted acquisition efforts to support growth in a given market or driving investment asks for additional activation budget to improve quality on peak hours.

You will report to our Global Head of Courier Supply.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience working in operations or strategic business development in a fast-paced environment
• Stellar capabilities in strategic thinking, analytical execution and reporting. Looker and Excel are a must, but knowing SQL is useful as well
• Attitude for action and ownership beyond the obvious. You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve and have the determination to drive change
• Master degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business, or related)
• The ability to work in cross-functional teams, maintain and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
• A true culture champion - someone that leads by example with collaboration, teamwork, data-driven decision making and best-idea-wins attitude. We also value humility and politeness at all times!
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
