To support our team at the a&o Hostel Berlin Hbf we are looking YOU - a Barkeeper (m/f/x) to manage our lobby bar.
We are also happy to consider applications for jobs as bartender, bar chef, mixologist, barman, barmaid, barkeeper, or career changer wishing to provide a great experience to our guests!OUR OFFER
- Salary: 12,82€/hour + night supplement

YOUR JOB
- You take on the role of host
- You prepare hot drinks, cold drinks, cocktails and alcoholic beverages
- You interact with our guests
- Cleaning and tidying up the bar
- Managing the bar and its storerooms
- Enforcing the quality and HACCP standards atthe bar
- Closing of the cash register and orders as well as monthly stocktaking
- Training and further education of your team
YOUR PROFILE
- As a sales talent you are always communicative and open-minded
- You inspire guests and motivate your team with enthusiasm
- You have a high degree of assertiveness
- You have already some experience in leading a team
- You like to work in the evening or at night and also on weekends
- You are fluent in German and English
