German Speaking CS Agent For Booking.com - Work In Greece - Paid Relocation
Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, complete with paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece. In this vital role, you will provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients, ensuring that their travel and booking needs are met with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
- Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall service experience.
- Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to deliver accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in a new cultural experience.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
