Production Manager (m/w/d/x) - Good Bank - Food Start Up

In our drive to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Production Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead the management of our production facility and operations.

GOOD BANK is one of the most innovative food brands in Germany, combining hydroponically grown vegetables and herbs into delicious, ready-to-eat bowls and snacks. With our rapid expansion, we are now looking for a dedicated Production Manager who can lead our production efforts and contribute to the future of our growing food business.

Our client list includes some of the major players in the food retail industry such as Edeka, Rewe, Chefs Culinar, ODA, Gorillas and Getir, underscoring our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Lead our IFS Global Markets Food certified production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with our internal Quality Management (QM) team to maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.
• Collaborate closely with the management and sales team and other departments to meet our production goals and support our expansion.
• Supervise and coach an expanding team, promoting team development and fostering a productive, positive work environment.
• Proactively work towards optimizing our production processes and introducing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a leadership role, with a preference for candidates from a manufacturing or food industry background.
• Proven track record managing high scaling business models and production processes.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience in team management and development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
• Proactive, motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• English required, German beneficial.
