Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Unique Set-up :

Our founding team is originally from German with a German entity, we are looking for talent from there. However, as we are working from hackerhouses - the person should be able to join us in our here in Latam - working from Brazil / Mexico next. Ultimately, we will relocate to SF as we are working for the US market.

Tasks

As Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll directly impact our mission to make Clera the go-to platform for both ambitious talent seeking remarkable opportunities and leading companies hiring exceptional candidates. We’re looking for ambitious, driven overachievers ready to take ownership, drive initiatives, and shape the future of talent acquisition.

As we are quickly growing and see a massive tech challenge in automating the work of the $600B global headhunting industry, we are looking for a cracked founding fullstack engineer. You will work directly with our CTO & Co-Founder Daniel and ship your own features to production every day. You will have a strong impact on building our fully agentic system to automate the headhunting process end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong experience in TypeScript & React
• Ideally having worked with AI coding tools like Cursor
• Worked in fast-paced environments (e.g. start-ups, consulting, VC)
• Enjoy handling multiple projects in parallel
• Be open for the start-up grind (currently working 7 days a week)
• Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes
