IN A NUTSHELL

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing, bold branding, and disruptive DTC growth? We’re looking for a CMO to take the lead on building our next marketing flywheel and scale the BRAINEFFECT revenue. As part of our leadership team, you’ll shape the future of our marketing strategy across DACH and France, with direct impact on revenue, brand positioning, and product development. If you live and breathe eCommerce, health, and performance, this might be your next big challenge, based right here in the heart of Berlin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team of ~30 people across multiple channels and markets
• You own and optimize our entire marketing funnel – from acquisition to retention – with a laser focus on performance and numbers
• You drive strategic planning and OKRs, and ensure transparent reporting (incl. to the Board)
• You monitor daily revenues, channel performance, overstock metrics and align with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
• You spar with teams on new marketing strategies, branding, and product campaigns, with a strong eye on DACH and France
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools and growth hacking tactics to stay ahead of the game
• You are a key player in recruitment, team growth, and middle management development

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, with min. 5-6 years in eCommerce and DTC Marketing
• Proven track record as a Head of Marketing, CMO or similar role in high-growth consumer brands
• Strong leadership experience in leading, managing, scaling and structuring larger teams
• Deep interest in health, performance, and supplements
• Strategic and analytical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
• Highly numbers-driven with a strong grasp of marketing KPIs and funnel mechanics
• Interested in AI, with a hands-on mindset and drive to innovate
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
