More Than a Job: A Mission
We are seeking a visionary Total Rewards Director to lead the Total Rewards agenda across Central & Northern Europe . Working at the intersection of people, business and finance, you will shape reward strategies, people analytics and workforce insights across eight countries and more than 13,000 employees . As a senior leader, you will influence key business decisions, drive transformation and leave a lasting legacy through sustainable, data-driven and commercially impactful people solutions.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Lead the Total Rewards strategy and governance across Central & Northern Europe, aligning reward programs with business priorities, market competitiveness and financial sustainability
- Drive compensation, benefits, pensions and international mobility programs , ensuring effective delivery, compliance and operational excellence across the region
- Partner with senior business leaders, Finance and HR teams to provide workforce cost insights, scenario modelling and strategic recommendations supporting growth, transformation and workforce planning
- Lead the annual salary review process, including STI/LTI implementation, budget modelling, forecasting and governance
- Shape competitive and equitable compensation structures while identifying cost optimisation opportunities across compensation, benefits, pensions and mobility programs
- Drive the People Analytics agenda , transforming workforce data into meaningful executive insights, dashboards and decisions covering workforce costs, headcount, compensation and key people indicators
- Lead continuous improvement , digitalisation and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, simplify processes and strengthen data quality and governance
- Develop and inspire a geographically dispersed team while fostering collaboration across countries, businesses and global Centres of Expertise
You'll work with your team in several countries solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business, people and technology.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Significant leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics or related HR disciplines within a multinational and complex environment
- Deep expertise in compensation, benefits and pensions across multiple European countries, with particularly strong knowledge of Germany
- Strong experience in people cost management, budgeting, forecasting and workforce analytics
- Proven track record of driving transformation, cost optimisation and operational excellence initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and operate as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders and employee representatives
- Proven leadership experience managing international and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong business and financial acumen combined with excellent communication, negotiation and change management capabilities
- Fluent German and English

- Readiness for evolving regulatory requirements, including pay transparency, pay equity and related reporting obligations
