The role

As Product Manager at GALVANY, you'll define and execute the product strategy for our XRM/Installer Platform within the AI-based Operating System, guiding features that support sales, planning, installation, and operations of heat pumps and energy systems.

• Vision & Roadmap: Shape the product strategy - discover, translate, prioritize and deliver.

• Ownership: Measure success, orchestrate sprints and releases, and navigate the 4 product risks (customer value, usability, feasibility, and business value).

• Go-to-Market: You support the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What we require

• Experience. 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. fast-scaling startups). Demonstrable end-to-end responsibility in software development is a plus. From idea to release. Agile thinking, hands-on mentality, willingness to take responsibility.

• Track Record. Proven end-to-end responsibility in product development. From ideation to release.

• Background. Strong background in relevant fields, e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Economics or similar.

• Mindset. Self-driven problem-solving mindset – no need for micromanagement or specific tickets.

• Technical Aptitude. Technical mindset with a passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations, coupled with enthusiasm for continuous learning and problem solving.

• Language. Fluent in English and German.
