What you'll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

• Coordinate with restaurant partners to plan, manage, and execute photoshoots for the Wolt app.
• Support local and external imaging partners, ensuring alignment on best practices and imaging quality standards.
• Upload, organize, and manage images to ensure they meet Wolt's visual and technical requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and training for internal and external imaging contributors.
• Analyze imaging data to identify gaps and improve processes for higher photo coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence in imaging.

Our humble expectations*

• Fluency in English and German .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , especially over phone and email.
• A structured and collaborative approach to teamwork and project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.
• Experience with basic image editing tools and understanding of photo workflows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
• Curious and proactive attitude toward improving processes and partner experience.
• (Bonus) Basic Python or coding experience — not required, but a nice advantage!
