Solutions Engineer
- Joining prospects after initial commercial conversations to run deeper technical discovery
- Facilitating workshops with partner engineering and product teams to understand the products they want to build
- Working backwards from user experience and product requirements to integration architecture and platform usage
- Advising on system integration between partner platforms and the brokerage APIs
- Mapping client requirements to existing platform capabilities and product roadmap
- Communicating clearly with internal product and engineering teams on feasibility and delivery effort
- Supporting the onboarding of new partners and ensuring successful technical integration
- Acting as a long term technical advisor to partners as they extend their products and adopt new platform features
- Helping define internal frameworks for how go to market, product and engineering collaborate around solution design
- Strong API literacy and understanding of REST based integrations
- Experience designing or advising on system integration architecture
- Ability to translate business product ideas into technical platform requirements
- Confidence running technical discovery workshops with engineering and product stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical audiences
- Experience working across product, engineering and commercial teams
- Seniority to engage confidently with CTOs, Heads of Engineering and Product leaders
- Fluent German for client facing work and strong English for internal collaboration
- First dedicated hire for the Solutions Engineering function with the opportunity to define how the role operates
- Direct exposure to a complex financial infrastructure platform delivered through APIs
