What you'll build

As a Working Student in Digital Analytics, you’ll help our Marketing team measure and improve performance across digital channels. You’ll work with data from HubSpot, Excel, and Looker Studio to support decision-making, campaign reporting, and marketing efficiency. This role gives you hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and the opportunity to learn how data drives growth in a global B2B environment.

• Support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards
• Gather and organise data from HubSpot and CRM systems
• Build and update reports in Looker Studio and Excel
• Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and reach
• Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Assist in identifying insights that improve marketing strategies and execution

 

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Computer skills: Basic proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, and Looker Studio
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus
• Soft skills: Analytical mindset, curiosity for data, organised, and eager to learn
• Other experience: Understanding of digital marketing metrics is beneficial
• Working from the office is not required

You’ll join a global Marketing team focused on digital excellence and customer engagement. We’re the team that connects data with strategy. Here, you’ll collaborate with experts in digital publishing, field marketing, and campaign management, to deliver insights that improve marketing performance. Your work will help the team make informed decisions, track success, and continuously optimise results.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
