Position : Summit Volunteer
Location : Virtual or in Berlin
Commitment : Flexible time with availability during the summit days (May 27 and 28, 2026)

Tasks

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a summit volunteer, you’ll assist in a variety of areas, including:

• Session Support : Help moderate virtual sessions, assist speakers, and manage audience engagement.
• Attendee Assistance : Provide guidance and technical support to attendees during the event.
• Networking Facilitation : Assist in managing virtual networking lounges, coffee breaks, and speed networking sessions.
• Content Management : Help organize and distribute digital resources, including event schedules, speaker bios, and presentations.
• Social Media & Communication : Help promote the summit by engaging with attendees on social platforms, sharing updates, and interacting with the community.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

• Enthusiastic, organized, and reliable individuals with a passion for empowering women in business.
• Being open-minded and having a positive mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Good communication and written English skills (working language is English)
• Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom or others) is a plus but not required.
