About the Position

Get ready for an exciting role as part of our growing team in Poland! Working alongside our amazing Polish team, you'll be our go-to person for all things community and marketing in the Polish market. Your mission? To grow and strengthen HOLY's presence in Poland - taking our existing community to the next level.

You'll take charge of:

• Moderating and managing our Polish community channels across key platforms.
• Growing the HOLY Squad through engaging community initiatives while serving as the first point of contact for Squad members — handling order inquiries, resolving issues, and making every interaction feel personal and on-brand.
• Collaborating with creators and agencies to produce fresh, local content for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Adapting and translating global content for the Polish market, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
• Working closely with central marketing teams to localize and execute campaigns that truly land in Poland.

The Process

1. Get-to-Know Call (30 min) — You will get to know our team. We will present the job opportunity and discuss your motivation and experience.
2. Hiring Manager Interview (30 min) — You’ll meet Piotr, our Country Manager Poland, to go deeper on your background, ambitions, and how you’d drive our growth on the Polish market.
3. Peer interview with Inga: You will get to know Inga, our Marketing Manager and your direct supervisor.
4. Case Study & Team day (90 min) — Once the first interviews go well, you’ll receive a short case study and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You’ll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
5. You receive a HOLY offer — If everything aligns, we’ll make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY Poland together.
