Role Overview
You will be responsible for building brand architecture, defining positioning, and developing marketing that directly drives business growth. The main focus is to create a global strategy, lead branding and rebranding projects, and support go-to-market initiatives for new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global brand and marketing strategy

• Define brand architecture and positioning across international markets

• Build go-to-market strategies for new products

• Oversee branding and rebranding projects in collaboration with agencies

• Develop visual identity and communication strategy

• Segment target audiences and create relevant marketing messages

• Manage relationships with agencies and external partners

• Work closely with sales and product teams to support business objectives

• Establish marketing KPIs and ensure performance tracking

• Build and develop the marketing team

Requirements & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy and global marketing (B2B / fintech / tech)

• Proven track record in launching, scaling, or transforming brands

• Strong skills in strategic planning and brand architecture

• Experience leading rebranding projects and working with agencies

• Deep understanding of the B2B model and corporate sales
