About us

Every application is welcome at thermondo — regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social background, religion, beliefs, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity. We believe that every person is valuable and deserves a fair chance.

No home is like another, but for each of us, home is where we belong. It represents what defines
us and what matters to us. It has always been the place where we want to feel safe, secure, and undisturbed.

But we believe that our homes will stand for more in the future — namely, for the generations that come after us. We believe our homes can do more. They can be electrified, intelligent, efficient, independent, and climate-neutral. We believe climate-neutral living should be accessible, affordable, and easy for everyone. With every heat pump installed outside a home, every photovoltaic system installed on a roof, and every wallbox installed in a garage, we contribute to climate-neutral living.

We do not just believe in climate-neutral living — we make it possible. For millions of homes.Together. Every day. One home at a time
