Senior Project Manager (m/f/x)
- Lead and manage multiple brand partnership projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative direction, producers, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring deliverables are met and blockers are resolved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans- including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Facilitate meetings, including kickoffs, check-ins, and post-mortems.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues or roadblocks, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to COLORS' and the client's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial, creative or entertainment industry. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Notion and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.
- Comfort working across remote and in-person teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
