Webflow Design Project Manager

Magier is a young Berlin-based startup that helps startups and SMEs bring their design and Webflow projects to life. In addition to our subscription business, we help companies completely redesign their brand and website, which we then develop in Webflow.

In the past year alone, we launched over 40 Webflow projects for leading European brands like Enpal, Plancraft, Odin & Upvest.

🥊 The Challenge

Magier is looking for a Web Design Project Manager to oversee creative projects with a focus on website and rebranding, from start to finish. Doing so you will be responsible to tackle together with our team different sorts of design and Webflow tasks. You'll ensure projects meet the set timeline, following industry best practices while maintaining pixel-perfect quality. A typical project might involve a SaaS company needing rebranding, 20+ pages of web design and Webflow development, including migration from WordPress to Webflow.

📇 What You Will Be Doing

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Manage projects from branding through web design and Webflow development to final launch
• Iterate with the client over the branding, web design and Webflow results
• Coordinate Design & Webflow tasks, plan workflows, and manage deadlines
• Ensure quality control for Design & Webflow projects, delivering nothing less than pixel-perfect outcomes
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows
• Motivate the team to always deliver 100%

✌🏻 What You Need to Succeed

• Proficiency in Webflow is mandatory (Components, Client First, CMS, etc.)
• Experience with migrating websites from Wordpress to Webflow
• Professional experience managing creative projects (e.g., Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, ...)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• A strong, proactive attitude, with autonomy and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Understanding of creative communication and how innovative content drives business results
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & German
• Bonus: Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, Funnels, and experience in the SaaS industry
