Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic -speaking clients through chat, email, and phone communication.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and a solid command of English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or a similar environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering quality customer care.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace the local culture.
• A keen interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
