Tasks

• Ensure that our current and new products are scalable and bug-free.
• Design and implement systems and practices to ensure that we can never release buggy code to production.
• Implement and enforce a rollout, and rollback system that can ensure the safe release of new code/features, we should be able to identify any performance degrading code that potentially could get into the staging/production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and client services, to translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture.
• Collaborate with our VP of engineering and VP of software challenges to ensure a smooth and speedy development process.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance the functionality and performance of our SaaS platform, ensuring competitive advantage in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in full-stack development within the SaaS industry.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience with AWS.
• Ability to deliver a complete solution end to end on your own, especially the system that can measure the performance of our products and stop any performance degrading code from never making it to any meaning stage e.g. staging/production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and sustainable software solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
