Job Description

• Develop and deploy lead scoring models to help sales teams prioritize high-value opportunities
• Build customer segmentation systems to identify patterns across large datasets
• Implement continuous learning pipelines for models that improve automatically over time
• Take models from experimentation to production-ready systems handling real traffic
• Monitor model performance and detect drift in production
• Work on real systems with high business impact and ownership
• Opportunity to convert to a full-time role after graduation or continue part-time during studies

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Previous internship or research experience in data science, analytics, or a similar technical role
• Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn, etc.)
• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and machine learning algorithms
• Proficient in data analysis, feature engineering, and SQL
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Plus: experience with production ML pipelines, econometrics, or A/B testing
