What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and optimize SAP solutions in close collaboration with functional teams.
Take ownership of development projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery.
Mentor junior developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and technical excellence.
Contribute strategically to solution design, bringing your creativity and problem-solving mindset to the table.
Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of all developed applications.

Requirements
Solid experience with SAP ABAP development (OO ABAP, CDS, Fiori, or related areas).
A solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for taking initiative.
Strong communication and leadership potential — mentoring experience a plus.
Fluent in German (C1 or higher).
Willingness to work 3 days per week on-site in Dortmund or Berlin .
