(Senior) Consultant Data & Analytics - People Advisory Services (f/m/d)

Your role
By joining the Service Line People Advisory Services, you will become part of a rapidly growing business area that deals with compliance related topics surrounding Short Term Business Travel. You will support multinational companies in the efficient management of this complex area by designing and developing state-of-the-art software solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. You will take on a wide range of tasks:

• As a Data & Analytics Professional, you will interact with clients and manage master data for EY Business Travel Compliance Software across different technical environments. You will also be responsible for ensuring and improving data quality and standardization.
• Through automation, you will create and optimize data and information flow processes regarding data migration across various technical environments.
• You will coordinate processes and interfaces with all relevant internal and external stakeholders (Product Owner, Testing Team, and Content Teams on the business side; Backend Team, Frontend Team, and RPA Team on the tech side).
• You will work with clients on software engineering processes such as API solutions, analyzing data-related bugs, and preparing and leading Data & Analytics workshops.

Your skillset

• A university degree and relevant professional experience in the fields of computer science, business informatics, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Affinity for software tools such as MS Excel, programming and data management, data visualization proficiency, GitHub, Git, Postman (or any other API platform), Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, and MS Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with software engineering principles such as unit testing, SOLID principles, separation of concerns, and modularity.
• Proficiency in German and English communication, with a minimum C1 level required for both languages.
