Tasks

Position:

Join Ambio’s Supply team to find, validate and deliver recycled plastics to our growing customer base across Europe. We make sure our customers get the best recycled plastics to manufacture new products.

We do whatever it takes to drive customers’ success, grow our delivered volumes and our positive impact. We are continuously looking for great new materials and suppliers to complement our current offering - to then match them to new and existing customer needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable materials, operational-AI applications, and make a difference in how circularity becomes reality. You will own and drive supplier cooperation, grow our supplier pool and build strong relationships, and ensure efficient delivery of high-quality materials. You also get to develop our software (the Ambio Platform) with our Product team to help us grow faster.

In your work, you will be given full ownership of what is in your responsibility, and the full support of the team to succeed in it.

Other: In this role, you are expected to be able to occasionally travel to visit our supplier partners and meet them at trade fairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth & Pace: You are the main driver together with our Sales team to drive our revenue growth - you are Supply owner for key accounts and projects.
• Supplier Relationships: You will develop the long-term relationships between Ambio and our material suppliers. You make sure we know the partners’ team, materials and production operations inside-out, ensuring high two-way trust and efficient sales and delivery.
• Purchasing & Negotiation: You will ensure both high standards of service and quality assurance as well as a competitive price for Ambio’s customers. Your role is to excite partners to go the extra mile to meet our standards and service our demanding customers.
• Product management: The whole Ambio team provides their expertise and context understanding of their function to the benefit of our Product team. You will support our software developers to make our service to our customer’s even more stellar, our pace of growth even faster, and your life easier.
