We are building the operating system for renewable energy and simplify the management of energy assets with Amperecloud Platform – for a world where green energy drives growth.

We’re looking for a sharp, fast, product-first engineering leader to scale Amperecloud’s engineering organization and help build the brain of the renewable energy grid. In this role you work on mission critical infrastructure that energy operators rely on every day.

You’re a systems thinker, an AI-first believer, and a natural problem finder and solver who pushes teams forward. You care about results, not hours. You thrive in startups, can talk to customers, and love building h2 teams where smart engineers grow.

You’ll shape architecture, improve delivery reliability, integrate AI where it creates real customer and operational value, and be a trusted partner to leadership across the company. People should want to work with Amperecloud because of the engineering organization you build.

Requirements

# What you bring

• Architecture & Infrastructure: You bring strong systems architecture and infrastructure experience
• Tech Stack: You have deep familiarity with Kubernetes, Node.js, React, and microservices
• Product Mindset: You have a product-first mindset (tech serves the product)
• AI: You work in an AI-first way
• Leadership Experience: You have experience in a high growth startup or top tier technology company and have led multiple engineering teams before
• Curiosity: You’re fast, sharp, and genuinely curious (also about physical and electrical topics)
• Communication: You communicate clearly with engineers, customers, and stakeholders
• Execution: You perform under pressure and care about results, not hours
• Entrepreneurship: You bring an entrepreneurial background (founder or freelancer) is a plus
